Last month marked the five year anniversary of my decision to go into freelancing full-time. I can say now that making the decision to become a freelance writer is the best course I could have possible taken when it comes to selecting a ‘career.’

My latest adventure is on a scale that surpasses anything I have experienced. On January 26, I will be driving a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van from Anchorage, Alaska, up past the Arctic Circle.
