Canada Finally Has a National AI Strategy. Experts Hate It. Zero mention of writers, artists, and other creative folks whose work has been stolen to trail LLMs. No talk about compensating workers for lost wages as these technologies continue to aggregate power and wealth into the hands of capital. This strategy is a major failure on nearly every important front.
